Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily accounting entries & accurate data input into Oracle EBS
• Prepare daily payment as per payment guideline
• Prepare A/P aging report.
• Maintain proper documentation compliant to control policy
• Assist in general daily accounting operations, periodic audits & ad hoc assignments
• bank reconciliation.
• Participate in Oracle ERP system improvement projects and support financial projects. Executes UAT and provides support to system testing and system trial runs as required

Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)

• Process payment using HSBCnet and SCB Straight2bank and other Internet banking
• Handle AP function using Oracle EBS AP module
• Maintain proper Prepayment, AP aging, and timely settlement of payment
• Collate proper supporting documentation for all payment
• Ensure sufficient cash flow is available in advance prior to payment released
• Providing data analysis support to the supervisor
• Take ownership of finance process control and improvement. Communicate effectively with issues and findings for improvements

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education & Qualifications:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or currently pursuing a professional accountancy degree

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of commodity trade is preferred
• Hands-on experience in Oracle / ERP /Cloud-base system is a must
• Knowledge in Oracle EBS R12 Accounts module including AR, AP and GL and cloud based ERP system

Skills:

• Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese
• Proficient in MS word, excel, outlook and internet banking
• Detail-oriented, positive attitude and self-motivated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
